Who is the data controller? This website is jointly owned by FLATS FRIENDS, S.L. (CIF B98892771, C/ Torno del Hospital, 7, 46001 Valencia) and TARANNA FLATS, S.L. (CIF B98977952, C/ Birler, 3, 46111 Rocafort, Valencia), acting as joint controllers (Art. 26 GDPR) regarding bookings and services managed through this site. For what purpose do we process your data? To manage your booking and the contractual relationship, respond to your inquiries, and, if you authorize it, send you commercial communications.

What is the lawful basis? The performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c), and, for commercial communications, your consent (Art. 6.1.a).

How long do we keep your data? For the duration of the contractual relationship and, subsequently, for the periods required by law. Data processed based on your consent will be kept until you withdraw it.

To whom do we disclose your data? To service providers (including the booking management platform) acting as data processors. Data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law. Some providers may process data outside the EEA under the safeguards of Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR.
