To get to Flats Friends Atlántida from Alicante-Elche airport by public transport you must take the Alsa company bus on the P2 floor to the Benidorm-Avenida de Europa stop (55 minutes approx.). From there it is 1.5 km to the apartments.

Flats Friends Atlantida does not have parking. You can stop in front of the building for a few minutes to load and unload. There is public paid and free parking nearby. For more information, ask at reception.

The rental of an apartment in Benidorm includes water, electricity, wi-fi internet connection, sheets and towels, kitchen equipment and final cleaning. VAT (10%) is also included in the price.

The amount of the reservation is charged to the bank card provided (credit or debit) once the free cancellation period indicated in the reservation has ended. We also accept payment by bank transfer. No deposit is required to guarantee the reservation.

Yes, with the following conditions:

  • From the reservation date to 7 days before arrival: free cancellation.
  • 7 days before arrival: payment of the total amount of the stay.
  • In case of no-show: payment of the total amount of the stay.

The amount of the reservation will not be refunded if the client leaves the apartment beforethe end of their stay.

Yes, we do a block as a deposit on arrival, which is unblocked in the week following departure if the apartment is left in the same conditions as upon arrival (nothing broken, no food or garbage, tidy kitchen...). We ask you to respect the building and the apartment (furniture and equipment), as well as the rest of the other guests. The company reserves the right not to return part or all of the deposit if this point is not met.

The apartment is guaranteed from 17:00 and check-out is until 12:00 noon. If you need to enter earlier or leave later, contact us and we will do our best to organize it (subject to availability and needs of the cleaning team). Arriving late to the apartment does not entail an extra cost.

Keys are collected in the same apartment building, either at the reception or in a small safe at the entrance. Instructions for collecting keys from the safe are sent 24 hours prior to arrival by email.

No, the final cleaning is included in the price. We do ask that the apartment be in the same conditions as at the check-in, with the kitchen collected and without garbage or food. If the cleaning department considers that the apartment is left in poor condition, the company reserves the right to charge an extra for cleaning (€ 50).

Yes, the reception is open every day from 10am to 6pm. Check the special holiday hours.

You must contact our staff, who will try to solve it as soon as possible.

No, parties are completely prohibited. If the company is contacted by the police or neighbours for noise in an apartment at night, the apartment must be left immediately, without the right to a refund of the amount of the reservation or the deposit.

The number of people staying cannot exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment.

No, we do not offer daily cleaning.
