Manager Melissa along with Mia and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to ensure your holiday is great. They all offer a very warm friendly atmosphere, The view is stunning with all rooms offering sea views.

Love the location, facilities in apartments are good ,clean ,lovely staff always helpful .great views .stayed at Atlantida for a lot of years.

Every single member of staff was so cheerful and professional . A smile can mean a lot to a persons day . The beds were so comfortable the studio 26 was airy spotless clean already booked for studio 26 again for our next stay . Felt so safe knowing there was night security. And what can I say about the location only out of this world . Looking and hearing the ocean upon waking and sleeping is simply divine . Really liked how no maid service was knocking at the doors as towels and bedding were available on request . Lovely relaxing break see you very soon been twice already will continue to visit

The location is perfect for walks into the Old Town and across to the beach, away from the ‘busier’ side of Benidorm. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble…..Don’t believe the hype! Benidorm has something to please everyone, just choose for yourself and Atlantida is definitely a great start!

The staff was very kind, knowledgeable, helpful and were always there to assist with my travel needs, especially with the rental of a scooter and getting tickets to various tours. They are are best!! good job Tony and Mia. Hope to see you next year!!

We stay at the Atlántida several times a year and always enjoy out stays. The staff are great and Mia on reception is second to none, she is always so helpful. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and the views are breathtaking. We look forward to our next stay.

You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay,
The View is outstanding, the staff are only to happy to help with any issues.
Washing machine on site which is a bonus so you can pack light if you need to.

Cannot fault these apartments. The location is superb especially if you like spending most of your time in the old town. Waking up every morning to the most stunning view and the sound of the waves is amazing. Super clean apts & friendly staff on hand for you. This was our 4th stay here and definitely won't be our last!

This was our first stay here and will definitely return. We usually stay elsewhere but were recommended these apts by my family. I'm so glad i stayed here, everything was fabulous, in fact it was perfect in every way. The views, location etc were spot on as were the lovely staff that work there. 10/10

Easy to keep clean ,every thing you need in self catering, great location, including bar underneath(fresh) beautiful view ,all rooms face the sea with sunshine all day (weather permitting),.

Loved the new beds - so comfortable. The service from all staff is top notch! The location is excellent with amazing sea views and close proximity to the Old Town, supermarkets and cafes/restaurants.

Have been staying at atlantida for many years,lots of improvements have been made over the last few years.

We stay at the Atlantida every time we visit Benidorm. The location is amazing and to wake up to the views on the whole of Poniente beach is incredible

The view from the apartments is one to remember, you have a sea view right on your doorstep overlooking the Ponient beach all the way to La Cala. The Old Town is less than 5 minutes walk away, you have a bus stop right outside which will take you to La Cala or the Carrafour (retail park ) and then you have the staff who will help you with any problem wether it is to do with the apartments or you need anything booking they will help.Melissa and Mia are on reception and have nothing but praise the way go out of their way to help the guests.

before covid have been staying at the apartments for about 6/7 years was good to be back.have to say the friendly atmosphere hasn't got the same feeling mist the chat with staff now there is no longer 24hr front desk and problems with the main reception area front door that was propt open at night a little unnerving. but on ghe hole all OK will be back in September reservation already booked

The apartment was not ready, because we were there to early, but the Reception has us allowed to change our clothes and to let our luggage there so that we could go to the beach and to eat something. That was really nice.
The apartment was clean and full equipped. Also the kitchen, we hat cooked there.
Fresh towels we received every 3 days, you have to take the dirty one to the reception and you will receive clean ones. Sheets every 7 days.
We asked and we received also beach chairs and sun umbrella for us three. That was really great and we could take them every day with us to the beach. Thank you Atlantida for that.
Mia from the reception was really helpful and friendly. She call us a taxi, she bought for us tickets for a trip on the Island with a ship, she gave us a lot information. Thank you Mia.
It was a great location, a beautiful view, you can see the see from the bed.

Situación inmejorable, vistas increíbles, sitio tranquilo para dormir pero con todos los servicios, y el personal de recepción encantador.
Las instalaciones necesitan algún arreglillo, pero está fantástico!

Ya son muchas las veces que he disfrutado de mi estancia en estos apartamentos en Benidorm y nunca me defraudan. Al contrario, cada vez me engacho más . Soy una enamorada del mar y , por tanto, es el lugar perfecto para ello.

Het was kraakproper ,de ligging is geweldig vlakbij de oude stad maar toch rustig om te slapen,het uitzicht was schitterend en de eerlijkheid en vriendelijkheid en bezorgdheid van al het personeel ėn uitbaatster is ongeëvenaard !Ik voelde me er na een paar dagen helemaal ontspannen en had een prachtige tijd daar.

Es la quinta vez que disfruto de mi estancia en los apartamentos Atlántida de Benidorm y espero que me queden muchas más porque es una maravilla de la que todo el mundo debería disfrutar. Todo, estar al lado del mar , al lado del ambiente pero sin estar dentro, pidiendo descansar escuchando las olas.

Un estudio genial enfrente de la playa, todo lo que se busca, comodidad, ubicación, se puede ir con mascota, pequeña cocina, nevera. Lo tiene todo solo falta un AC. Frío.
