Flats Friends Soho Suites 2 bedrooms is an apartment with two rooms prepared to accommodate 5 people. The decoration is modern and minimalist, with everything you need for a short stay. The Soho Suites building is located in the center of the city, just two minutes walk from the Central Market and the Lonja de Valencia and 10 minutes from the Cathedral and the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. In addition, it has a private parking in the basement, perfect for parking in the center without worries. Parking is not included in the price and it is necessary to book in advance because spaces are limited.
The apartment is divided into a double room, a single room and a double sofa bed in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils, a bathroom with shower and two televisions.

The accommodation would be so much more enjoyable with small pieces of decoration like wall art, vases, throw pillows, rug, etc. These could also add a nice and necessary pop of colour, otherwise the flat looks a bit too sterile and colourless. Besidsee more

Besides, it would be important to instal any kind of ventilation in the bathroom as it gets super humid during showers and stays like that for an eternity which is already visible on the door and some parts of the wall and caters for mould.
We also believe that the fact that the flats are badly soundproofed should be added somewhere so that guests can be prepared. Considering this, the flat almost gives off the vibe of a hostel instead of nice private flats in a serviced building which it can and should definitely be. |

Ground floor room had strong smell of drains, also walls paper thin so could get disturbed by noisy guests easily.

Ci ha prenotato lui i biglietti per oceanografico e bioparc dandoci tutte le info per arrivarci comodamente, mi ha pure prestato l'ombrello per andare a fare la spesa perchè sembrava venisse da piovere. Ci hanno cambiato le lenzuola senza sovrapprezzo quando la bambina ha avuto sangue da naso e si sono sporcate. La rumorosità dipende dai vicini che si trovano ma noi siamo sempre riusciti a dormire tranquillamente. Consigliato!

Está muy bien situado si se quiere callejear por el centro. Al tener opción de garaje (se paga aparte pero no es caro) es muy cómodo coger el coche para poder visitar lugares mas alejadas del centro. El edificio y el apartamento están correctos.

El sofá cama muy incómodo. Le haría falta un colchón más grueso, ya que el que se facilita no impide que se te claven los hierros. En ese sofá es imposible que duerman dos personas. Menos mal que fuimos 4.
