Yes, with the following conditions:

Yes, the Home in Calpe office blocks € 250 as a deposit upon arrival, which is unblocked in the week following departure if the apartment is left in the same conditions as when checking-in (nothing broken, no food or garbage, tidied-up kitchen... ). We ask you to respect the building and the apartment (furniture and equipment). The company reserves the right not to return part or all of the deposit if this point is not met.
The apartment is guaranteed from 17:00 and the check-out is until 10:00. If you need to enter before or leave later, contact us and we will do our best to organize it (subject to availability and needs of the cleaning team). Late check-in does not involve an extra cost.
The keys are collected at the Home in Calpe office, in José María Ruiz Pérez-Águila Street, 2. When you arrive in Calpe, you must follow the signs of Residencial Borumbot. If you arrive after the office closes, the instructions to collect the keys in a small safe are sent 24 hours before arrival by email.
No, the final cleaning is included in the price. We do ask that the apartment be left in the same conditions as when checking-in, with the kitchen tidied up and without garbage or food. If the cleaning department considers that the apartment is left dirty, the company reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning fee (€ 50).
Yes, you can contact our Valencia office at +34963219955 every day from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Check the schedule on special holidays such as January 1 and 6, March 19 or December 25 and 31. The Home in Calpe office opens Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. It closes Sundays and bank holidays.
You must contact our staff, who will try to solve it as soon as possible. If it is necessary to call a locksmith, we can provide you with a telephone number, but you will have to pay for it. If a copy of the key is to be made, the price of each copy is € 30.
